Cancellation policy

Our cancellation policy

You can withdraw from the contract at any time. Withdrawal must be in writing.

The following flat rates apply:

Cancellations up to 60 days before arrival are free of charge. Cancellations between 60 and 30 days before arrival will be charged at 50% of the total cost. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival will be charged at 100% of the total cost. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance for vacation rentals.
